We ship through GLS Denmark

Please note that you get free shipping when shopping over 1000 DKK. (Only Denmark at this moment)

We only ship to Denmark and Sweden at this moment, but we are working on getting EU a part of the team as well. (Stay tuned)

Shipping fee: 60 DKK
Free shipping in DK when shopping over 1000 DKK

If an item is broken when arriving,
please be aware that you have 3 days to claim the broken item.

Return Policy

Aurum Copenhagen offer a 14-day return policy valid from the day you receive your goods.

Please attach your invoice to the returned package.

The goods must be unused and be in the original packaging and the same condition as at the time of receipt.

Note: it is very important to ship the goods as safely as possible, in the original packaging, so the products won’t break during the shipping.

The package must be sent directly to our return address. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the full amount to your account as soon as possible. We will only refund the amount of the goods. Please note that return of goods is at your own expense, therefore, please keep your receipt as documentation for the item to be shipped. Please note “RETURN” on the invoice.
