Introduction
By making a purchase from, and using, this website (www.aurumcopenhagen.com) you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure to read and understand these terms of use when using our site. Please click the "I accept" checkbox under the payment information in the checkout process if you accept these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any products from our site.
1. Payment
All prices shown on the Aurum Copenhagen website are stated in current prices, in Danish kroner and including VAT. You may pay with either credit or debit cards. Aurum Copenhagen does not save or keep any card details.
We accept the following methods of payments:
Mastercard / Eurocard
VISA (incl. VISA/Dankort)
All payments between our payment system and the cardholder are made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer)

2. Ordering and returns
Orders made in another person's name without the person’s consent, will be reported to the authorities. Aurum Copenhagen holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Aurum Copenhagen to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Customers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Aurum Copenhagen holds the right to additional charges if the return do not meet this criteria. If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact Aurum Copenhagen in order to get an address to send the goods to.
If an item is defected or damaged in any way on arrival, Aurum Copenhagen should be contacted within 3 days for information about compensation. All costs related to returning an item is paid by customer unless the item is received defected or damaged upon arrival. Aurum Copenhagen hold the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
3. Right of complaint
You have the right to complaint about a product. If a product is damaged on delivery, please let us now within 3 days. If there should be a problem or any damage to the product, please don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@aurumcopenhagen.com. If you break a product, the sale is final. We cannot give a refund if you break a product or put it in the dishwasher, when its a hand wash only product, due to the handmade pieces and limited stock.
4. Privacy policy
We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Section 2). In addition, we will process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Section 2). By using our website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
When you shop on this website, we will ask you to input personal details in order for us to identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, credit card or other payment information. We confirm that this information will be held by us in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner's office.
5. Product
Aurum Copenhagen has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the product. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
6. Delivery and cancellations
Your order will normally be delivered in 3 - 5 business days after you have placed your order.
In any event, the order will be fulfilled within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation unless there are exceptional circumstances.

We offer free shipping on orders over 1000 DKK within Denmark via GLS Denmark
Our shipping rates for Denmark are:

We deliver to Sweden for 100 DKK.

We will email you as soon as the order has been dispatched.
Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Aurum Copenhagen customer service or using the contact form on Aurum Copenhagen’s website within 14 days from receiving the goods provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the risk for transporting the returned goods to Aurum Copenhagen.
In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfil the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Aurum Copenhagen via one of the contact methods on the contact page. If a product has been discontinued Aurum Copenhagen has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Aurum Copenhagen will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
7. Complaints terms
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 3 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service using contact@aurumcopenhagen.com. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly (normally before 24-48 hours). Same applies for returns. Defective products returned to Aurum Copenhagen should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during shipping. Aurum Copenhagen has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund of the product.
8. User content
The www.aurumcopenhagen.com / www.aurumcopenhagen.dk website may include user generated content, for example social media applications. Aurum Copenhagen does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) And take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
9. Retention of title
All products remain in Aurum Copenhagen property until full payment is made.
10. Fraud
All frauds are reported to the authorities and Aurum Copenhagen reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and your use of the www.aurumcopenhagen.com / www.aurumcopenhagen.dk website are governed by Danish law. To the extent permitted by law, Danish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Aurum Copenhagen’s right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
12. Amendments
Arum Copenhagen may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Aurum Copenhagen. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms to which you are bound.
